The 12th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications to fill a circuit vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Rick DeFuria.
Applicants must have been a member of the Bar for the preceding five years, registered voters, and residents of the 12th Circuit.

An original and nine copies of the completed application and attachments must be delivered to Neal no later than 5 p.m., May 6.
