Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Dewey Homer Varner, Jr., of Lake Worth has petitioned the Supreme Court for reinstatement to The Florida Bar.

Varner was suspended for one year pursuant to a September 25, 2008 court order for neglecting a client’s case; failing to properly communicate with the client;and engaging in dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation in connection with the client’s case.
