Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Peter David Ticktin of Boca Raton has petitioned the Supreme Court for reinstatement to The Florida Bar.

Ticktin was suspended for 91 days pursuant to a May 21 court order for engaging in certain conflicts of interest and prohibited business transactions with a client.
