Krista DeCastro joined Akerman Senterfitt in Miami in the real estate practice group.

Michael B. Axman moved the office of Nash Axman to 3059 Grand Ave., Suite 300, Miami 33133. The firm focuses on tax, tax controversies, probate and trust administration, estate planning and tax, and business planning for individuals and closely held entities.

Paul D. Goldstein joined Kelley Kronenberg in Ft. Lauderdale as of counsel and will serve as director of the firm’s immigration law department.

Boyd & Jenerette relocated its office in South Florida from Ft. Lauderdale to 4443 Lyons Road, Suite D-209, in Coconut Creek. At this location Boyd & Jenerette will continue to focus its practice in the areas of civil litigation defense, trial practice, insurance coverage and bad faith defense, workers’ compensation, longshore and Defense Base Act claims, admiralty and Jones Act claims, construction and commercial litigation. The South Florida office will be occupied by partners Tom Berger and Paul Woodson.

McGlinchey Stafford added five attorneys to its Ft. Lauderdale office. Marisa D. Ajmo and Gerardo Levy are joining as of counsel; Michael Bostick, Matthew E. Hearne, and Kevin Inman join as associates. Ajmo concentrates on mortgage foreclosure and real estate litigation, closing transactions, and title related matters. Levy focuses on business and commercial law, community association law, and directors and officers liability. Bostick represents banks, lenders, mortgage servicers and other financial institutions in contested foreclosure litigation matters, real estate litigation, creditors’ rights and consumer finance litigation. Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin & Stoller opened an office in West Palm Beach. Partner Drew A. Stoller will manage the West Palm Beach office, which will also include three associate attorneys at 1400 Centrepark Drive, Suite 605, West Palm Beach 33401.
