Henson petitions for Bar reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, James Ellis Henson of Orlando has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Henson was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years pursuant to an August 31, 2006, court order for instructing a client in a criminal matter to flee the United States to avoid prosecution.
