Juan Carlos Bermudez, Jacqueline M. Lage, and Vijay Gibran Brijbasi have joined Gonzalez & Wermuth. Bermudez joins the firm in an of counsel capacity and his practice areas include government representation, litigation, and real estate. Lage focuses on lender representation, complex commercial real estate transactions, and commercial lending, as well as estate planning, trademark matters, corporate/business transactions, and public finance matters.

Mike Brownlee has joined Fisher, Rushmer, Werrenrath, Dickson, Talley & Dunlap in Orlando as an associate. He will focus his practice on civil litigation, insurance-related matters, professional malpractice defense, and appellate law.

William J. Spradley III has opened William J. Spradley, P.A., located at the Lamp Post Professional Building, 3955 Riverside Ave., Suite 101, Jacksonville 32205.
