17th JNC to fill a circuit opening
The 17th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the circuit court bench, created by the retirement of Judge David Krathen.
Applicants must be registered voters, members of the Bar for the preceding five years, and residents of the 17th Judicial Circuit prior to taking office.
An original and nine copies of the application — including a photograph attached to each copy — must be received by Jamie Finizio Bascombe, JNC Chair, Finizio & Finizio Law Offices, 106 SE 9th Street, Ft. Lauderdale 33316, no later than 5 p.m., October 1.
