Eric J. Knuth has become the managing attorney of the civil litigation division of Vernis & Bowling in Miami. Knuth practices in the field of insurance defense, focusing on wrongful death, negligent security, premises liability, construction defect litigation, products liability, commercial trucking litigation, and declaratory judgment actions.

Paul E. Liles joined Absolute Law in Ft. Myers. Liles focuses on general trial and appellate law practice, handling cases in the areas of civil rights, construction litigation, criminal defense, family law, foreclosure defense, personal injury, and school law.

Adina L. Pollan joined GrayRobinson in Jacksonville as of counsel to the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice.

Jordan B. Isrow joined Arnstein & Lehr in Ft. Lauderdale as an associate, where he will focus on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court.

Kathrine Lupo joined Gallagher & Associates Law Firm in St. Petersburg as an associate. Her practice will focus on foreclosure defense, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, and consumer law.

Kathleen M. Mullin has become executive director of Gulfcoast Legal Services, with offices in Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and Hillsborough counties.

Doris M. Del-Castillo Garcia joined Kunkel Miller & Hament in Sarasota as an associate. Del-Castillo Garcia is experienced in labor and employment law.

H. Starr Parker joined Kelley Kronenberg in Ft. Lauderdale as a senior attorney. Parker will focus on commercial litigation, construction litigation, subrogation law, products liability, and general liability defense.

Tatiana R. Salvador of Rogers Towers of Jacksonville was appointed a Fourth Circuit judge.

Fletcher H. Rush joined Farr, Farr, Emerich, Hackett and Carr in Punta Gorda as an associate and member of the trusts and estates team.

Salome Bascunan joined Pathman Lewis in Miami as an associate. Bascunan’s areas of practice include commercial litigation, commercial foreclosures, and general business litigation.

John S. Riordan joined Kelley Kronenberg in West Palm Beach as a partner. Riordan will lead the criminal defense division in Palm Beach County.

Jonathan A. Berkowitz became a partner with Cohen, Norris, Wolmer, Ray, Telepman & Cohen in North Palm Beach. Berkowitz concentrates his practice in business litigation.

Monika H. Entin and Carli M. Koshal have joined Bercow Radell & Fernandez in Miami as associates. Entin’s practice covers land use and zoning matters, including representing developers and individual landowners with developmental approvals, permitting, and administrative appeals. Koshal practices environmental and land use law.

Claudia Medina, Alex Stern, and Matthew Baldwin joined Ver Ploeg & Lumpkin in Miami as associates. All three focus their practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.

Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe and Sean C. Boynton have been named shareholders of Bush Ross in Tampa. Moe represents corporate and individual clients in matters concerning civil litigation involving contract and employment disputes, professional liability, medical negligence, and construction law. Boynton’s practice is focused on civil litigation primarily related to condominium and homeowners’ associations, as well as complex commercial litigation matters.

Phillip Sosnow, Téa Sisic, Andrew Schwartz, and Michael Meyer joined Shutts & Bowen. Sosnow is in the real estate department in the Miami office. Sisic is a member of the labor and employment practice group in Orlando. Meyer is a member of the real estate practice group in Tampa. Schwartz is a member of the government law and litigation practice groups in Ft. Lauderdale.

Kenneth L. Bednar joined Rogers Towers in Jacksonville as a shareholder in the litigation department and will focus his practice on commercial litigation, real property, and title disputes.

H. Lee Moffitt joined Adams and Reese as special counsel in the governmental relations and legislative law practice areas. He will practice in the firm’s Tallahassee and Tampa offices.

Jeffrey A. Yost joined RockTenn Company in Norcross, GA, as a senior corporate counsel.

Gordon J. Schiff joined Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long & McBride Attorneys at Law in Tampa. Schiff focuses on land development, land use, and eminent domain law.

Kristen K. Idle joined Keating & Schlitt in Orlando as an associate. Idle practices in the area of commercial real estate and commercial loan transactions.

Karen L. Persis joined The Meddin Law Firm in Orlando. Persis focuses on foreclosures and loan modifications and civil litigation, as well as assisted reproductive technology law and family law.

Ron D. Herman founded Herman Law, P.A., where he continues to represent clients in business litigation, personal injury and criminal defense matters throughout the state and in federal and state courts. Jeffrey R. Margolis has joined Berger Singerman in Ft. Lauderdale as a partner and member of the business, finance, and tax team. Margolis practices in the area of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development.

Lidor Kantor, Maja Lacevic, and S. Craig Cox joined The Ticktin Law Group as associates. Kantor will work in the Deerfield Beach office and focus on mortgage foreclosure defense, general civil litigation, and business litigation. Deborah Packer Goodall joined Goldman Felcoski & Stone and will open the firm’s new Boca Raton office at Mizner Park, 327 Plaza Real, Suite 230.

Jason A. Zimmerman joined GrayRobinson in Orlando as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. Zimmerman focuses on white collar and antitrust matters.

Matt Baggett has opened Baggett Law located at 1539 San Marco Blvd., Jacksonville 32207. The firm focuses on personal injury, business litigation, and foreclosure defense matters.

Jason P. Dollard joined Leslie Robert Evans & Associates in Palm Beach as of counsel. His areas of consentration include commercial litigation, product liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
