The Eighth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill two vacancies on the Alachua County bench created by the appointments of Judges Mary Day Coker and Victor Hulslander to the circuit court.

Applicants must have been members of the Bar in good standing for the preceding five years, residents of Alachua County, and registered voters.

Application packages are available on the Bar’s Web site at www.floridabar.org.

An original and nine copies of the completed application must be received by Gloria Fletcher, JNC Vice Chair, the Law office of Gloria Fletcher, P.A, 4510 N.W. 6th Place, Floor 3, Gainesville 32607-6121 no later than 5 p.m., February 22.

All applicants will be considered for nomination for both vacant positions.
