The 17th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications to fill a Broward County vacancy created as a result of the resignation of Broward County Judge Eric Marc Beller.
Applicants must have been members of the Bar for the preceding five years, registered voters, and residents of the 17th Judicial Circuit prior to taking office.
Applicants are available at www.floridabar.org.
An original and nine copies of the application, with the original clearly marked, must be received by Reggie Zachariah, JNC Chair, Greenberg Traurig, 401 East Las Olas Blvd, Suite 2000, Ft. Lauderdale 33301, 954-765-0500, [email protected] no later than noon on February 26. A recent photograph should be attached to the original and each copy.
