Christopher W. Rumbold has opened the Law Office of Christopher W. Rumbold in Wilton Manors, focusing on traditional and same-sex marital and family law.

Todd A. Migacz has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Tampa. Migacz focuses on real property litigation.

Greenspoon Marder Law has relocated its Boca Raton and West Palm Beach offices. The Boca Raton office has moved to One Boca Place and the West Palm Beach office has moved into new space at CityPlace Tower.

Julie Sneed of Orlando has been appointed as United States magistrate judge for the Middle District of Florida.

William A. Parsons has joined Cobb Cole in Daytona Beach in an of counsel position. Parsons will work in the litigation department and conduct mediations.

Andrew R. Lincoln has joined Jackson Lewis in Tampa as an associate. Lincoln concentrates on wage and hour compliance, FLSA litigation, and collective/class actions. He also represents management in matters related to labor relations and employment law.

Courtney Kilbourne-Hayes has joined Kistemaker Business Law Group in Daytona Beach, focusing on condominium law and litigation, real estate law and litigation, business law and litigation, and construction law and litigation.

Moses Aluicio has joined Chavez & De Leon in Miami as an associate. Aluicio focuses on personal injury, civil rights, employment law, and immigration.

Jennifer Shoaf Richardson has joined Boyd & Jenerette in Jacksonville as an associate. Richardson focuses on bad faith/extra-contractual liability, insurance coverage, and appeals.

Rebecca Glenn has joined Plata Schott Attorneys & Counselors at Law in Jacksonville as of counsel. Glenn will practice family, traffic, and criminal law.

Sara E. Glover has been named a partner at The Law Office Of Leonard R. Ross in Daytona Beach. Glover focuses on family law.

Grossman Roth, P.A., has opened a location in Key West on Northside Drive.

Tabitha G. Harnage has joined Murray & Guari in West Palm Beach as an associate focusing on auto accident, personal injury, and wrongful death law.

Brian Dunmire has joined AWTS P.A., in Orlando as an associate focusing on general civil litigation, property and casualty claims, and commercial litigation.

Bressler, Amery & Ross has opened an office in Miami, marking its second location in Florida. Its other Florida office is in Ft. Lauderdale. The office, located in the SunTrust International Center in downtown Miami,will focus on securities, insurance, and litigation practices. The attorneys in the office include principals Alex Sabo, Sara Soto, and Rebecca Leon ; counsel Alise Henry ; and associates Hope Zelinger and Krista Elsasser.

Joshua C. Prever has been promoted to litigation of counsel in the Miami office Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He is a trial and appellate lawyer with a regulatory compliance background in the mortgage industry.

Curt Cowan has rejoined Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg in Ft. Lauderdale. Cowan focuses on marital and family law.

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt in Ft. Myers has formed a new executive committee to lead the firm. Russell Schropp will serve as managing stockholder. Other committee members include Beth Tyler Vogelsang, Michael Corso, and John Potanovic.

Richard Davis has joined Holland & Knight in Tampa as a senior counsel and member of the Florida land use team.

Pamela R. Masters has joined the Shannin Law Firm, opening a Daytona Beach office. Masters focuses on civil and criminal appeals and civil and family mediation.

Lawrence Ingram, managing partner of the Phelps Dunbar in Tampa, has been named regional practice coordinator for the firm’s litigation practice.

Dawn Austin and Don Royston have joined the Department of Children and Families’ Children’s Legal Services as senior attorneys in Ocala.

Veronica M. Rabinowitz has joined Greenspoon Marder in Ft. Lauderdale as an associate in the commercial litigation practice group.

Aaron Maguregui has joined WellCare Health Plans, Inc., in Tampa as corporate counsel, litigation.

Judith A. Bass, Dominic Brandy, Jeffrey M. Fleming, George M. “Marty” Van Tassel, and William Zei have become shareholders with Upchurch Watson White & Max. All five are mediators.

Derek E. Lewis, Jacksonville, Glen M. Lindsay, and Danielle B. Salem, Ft. Lauderdale, have joined McGlinchey Stafford as commercial litigation team associates. Lewis, Lindsay, and Salem focus on consumer financial services litigation and bankruptcy and reorganization matters.

Michael Kurzman, Adam Schwartzbaum, and Alejandro Uribe have joined Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman. Kurzman joins as a partner, with a focus in construction litigation, construction defect claims, delay claims, contract claims, construction liens, and surety bond claims. Schwartzbaum joins as an associate and is responsible for complex commercial and business litigation. Uribe represents local governments in a retained counsel capacity for the firm’s local government division.
