Waldman Trigoboff Hildebrandt Marx & Calnan has relocated its offices to 500 East Broward Boulevard, Suite 1700, Ft. Lauderdale 33394.

Przybyla Law, P.A., has opened an office in Sarasota located at 6605 Superior Avenue, Sarasota 34231-5837.

Allison Bentley Christensen has joined Hahn Loeser & Parks in Naples. Christensen focuses on complex commercial and general civil litigation matters, probate litigation, foreclosures, homeowners’ associations, contract disputes, and employment law. She also has experience in sports, real estate, immigration and intellectual property law.

Chad C. Guzzo of Masten, Peterson & Denbo in Tampa was promoted to senior associate.

Thomas Sherod has joined Kubicki Draper in West Palm Beach where he will focus on commercial litigation, employment disputes, construction litigation, and Social Security disability benefit claims.

Ashley Calhoun Winship has become a shareholder with Rush, Marshall, Jones and Kelly in Orlando. Winship focuses in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, corporate and taxation, and is the chair of the firm’s trusts and estates department.

Tanaz Salehi has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Ft. Lauderdale. Salehi focuses her practice on property and casualty claims.

Marshall Grant, P.L., has merged with the Law Office of Ruben E. Socarras, P.A., forming Marshall Socarras Grant, P.L., at 197 S. Federal Highway, Suite 300, in Boca Raton. The three partners, Adam Marshall, Ruben Socarras, and Joe Grant, welcome the addition of Tracy Coffman, Jason Throne, Lawrence Pecan, and Stacie Daley. Marshall focuses on corporate restructuring, reorganization, transactions, and bankruptcy law. Socarras handles business and civil litigation matters. Grant focuses on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy law.

Clinton S. Morrell has joined Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick in Tampa in the commercial litigation department. Morrell focuses on homeowners’ association and condominium law but also has experience in personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, consumer protection, product liability, insurance coverage, and anti-discrimination law.

Stephen C. Page and Preethi Sekharan have joined Gunster in its West Palm Beach and Stuart offices. Page joins the business litigation team as a shareholder and will focus on intellectual property litigation, as well as probate, environmental, land use, and securities litigation. Sekharan joins the business litigation team as an of counsel attorney. She will focus on business and commercial litigation; probate and trust litigation; intellectual property and trade secret disputes; and noncompete, contract and licensing disputes.

Danielle Roth has joined the Florida Department of Children and Families’ Children’s Legal Services in the St. Augustine office of St. Johns County for Circuit 7 with the Northeast Region.

Stephen C. Oakley has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Orlando. Oakley focuses on workers’ compensation and civil litigation.

Sina Bahadoran of Hinshaw & Culbertson in Miami has been named co-chair of the firm’s national insurance services practice group. Bahadoran focuses on representing insurance companies in complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith (market conduct) matters.

Bradley R. Johnson has become interim president and head of school of Bolles School of Jacksonville, a private educational institution.

Dennis P. Dore has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Jacksonville. Dore is board certified in civil trial law and focuses on insurance matters, including property claims, coverage claims, and bad faith. He is also experienced in handling claims involving premises liability and negligence, defective products, defective construction, and automobile and commercial trucking matters.

Wanda B. Whigham has joined Holland & Knight in West Palm Beach as a senior counsel in its corporate practice.Whigham focuses on transactional matters in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and public finance. She also has experience in infrastructure project development and finance as well as general corporate law in the energy sector.
