The Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., has registered the FCP mark with the State of Florida.
FCP mark is used in connection with the Florida Certified Paralegal exam, administered through the Certifying Board of PAF in partnership with the University of Central Florida. The FCP examination is a three-hour in-depth examination that covers Florida law.
In 1980, PAF established its certification program to complement the National Association of Legal Assistants’ CP/CLA program, to provide a standard for measurement of advanced skills and knowledge in Florida law. Participants must have the CP/CLA designation in order to be eligible for the Florida certification.
For more information on the FCP exam, call the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., at (561) 833-1408 or visit its Web site at www.pafinc.org.
