Kutun petitions for Bar reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Barry Kutun has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Kutun was felony suspended effective October 27, 2007, for pleading guilty to two felonies of child abuse — causing no great bodily harm, a third degree felony, in violation of F.S. §827.03(1), adjudication withheld, in Broward County, and one felony of child abuse — causing no great bodily harm, a third degree felony, in violation of F.S.§827.03(1), adjudication withheld, in Miami-Dade County. On February 28, 2008, Kutun received a two-year suspension to run nunc pro tunc October 4, 2007, as a result of the same offenses for which Kutun was felony suspended.
