Serbian delegation visiting Carlton Fields' office

The delegation comprised of some with law degrees, a former judge, two judges-in-waiting, and court administrators – one of whom is the head administrator for the highest court in Serbia, charged with trials of organized crime and war criminals. The visit was arranged through the U.S. State Department, a U.S. congressional program know as Open World and the federal court system.
