Brian O. Cross has become a partner with Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest in Naples. Cross practices in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and general commercial litigation.

Rachel Sgroi, Jordan T. Beard, and Kevin A. Jenkins have joined the Fourth Circuit Public Defender’s Office. Sgroi and Beard will work in the juvenile court unit. Jenkins joins the misdemeanor unit.

Jacqueline Schneider has relocated Jacqueline Schneider, P.A., offices to Coral Gables. The firm offers services in the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, probate and guardianship.

Dennis Siegel has joined Herman Law in Boca Raton. Siegel represents victims of sexual abuse.

Jason Grimes has joined Trenam Kemker in St. Petersburg as an associate in the private client services practice group, with an emphasis on estate planning, wills and trusts, tax planning, and business transactions.

Aaron M. Cohn, Elizabeth K. Mabry, and Elena Otero have joined Katz, Barron, Squitero, Faust, Friedberg, English & Allen as associates. Cohn is a litigation associate in Miami. Mabry is in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office and focuses on commercial transactions, contracts, and intellectual property. Otero works in the real estate department in Miami.

Courtney A. Umberger has joined the Barnes Trial Group in Tampa as an associate. Umberger will focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and appeals.

Clayton Solomon has rejoined Hogan Lovells in Miami as an associate in the litigation, arbitration, and employment practice. Solomon focuses on complex commercial and administrative litigation before trial and appellate courts.

Richard B. Warren and Michael L. Grant have formed Warren & Grant, P.A., located in the Wells Fargo Bank Building at 4440 PGA Blvd., Suite 200, in Palm Beach Gardens. The firm’s primary focus is representing commercial property owners and managers. Warren is board certified in business litigation. Grant focuses on representing commercial landlords in a wide variety of litigation and leasing matters.

A. Candace Marcus has relocated to McIntosh Sawran & Cartaya’s West Palm Beach office. Marcus focuses on medical malpractice and health care law.

Andrew J. Agnini has joined Frankl & Kominsky in Boynton Beach as an associate. Agnini concentrates in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and premise liability.

Hava Leipzig Holzhauer of Boca Raton has become the Florida regional director of the Anti-Defamation League.

Aislynn Thomas-McDonald has joined Hershoff, Lupino & Yagel in Tavernier. Thomas-McDonald will primarily practice in the areas of family law and probate.
