Eunice Baros opened Eunice Baros Law, LLC, located at 11380 Prosperity Farms Road, Suite 204, Palm Beach Gardens 33410. Baros will concentrate on mediation, criminal defense, juvenile, and consumer/travel fraud law.

Diana Johnson, Michael Rainka, Andrew T. Davidson, and Karen C. Riewe joined the Fourth Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Jacksonville as assistant PDs. Johnson and Rainka will work in the felony unit. Davidson and Riewe will work in the county court unit in Jacksonville.

Armando J. Bucelo Jr., joined Infante Zumpano in Coral Gables as senior of counsel. Bucelo’s practice areas include corporate, banking, real estate, and transactional work.

Robert Q. Lee joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in the firm’s Orlando and Miami offices, where he will be part of the transactional and securities, China and Latin America practices.

Christopher D. Keever joined The Law Office of Preston H. Oughton in Jacksonville as an associate, where he will focus on probate, estate planning, and taxation.

Tim A. Pribisco became the managing attorney at the Orange Park office of The Law Office of Preston H. Oughton. Pribisco handles matters involving consumer protection, including wrongful foreclosure and consumer fraud, bankruptcy, FDCPA, and civil litigation involving real property.

Dotie Joseph joined the City of North Miami Beach as an assistant city attorney. In addition to municipal law, Joseph has a background in civil litigation, as well as labor and employment.

Daniel “Dan” Hershman joined Leslie Robert Evans & Associates in Palm Beach as of counsel. Hershman focuses on commercial and business litigation, defense of employers in discrimination and harassment cases and Fair Labor Standards Act claims, and probate litigation.

Juan Ramirez, Jr., joined JAMS at its new office in Miami, doing arbitrations and mediations.

Tracey L. Sticco opened the law office of Sticco Law, P.A. at 13575 58th St. North, Suite 246, in Clearwater. Sticco concentrates her practice on traffic and criminal defense.

Gary S. Weisman opened, Gary S. Weisman, Attorney at Law, P.L. , at 301 West Platt Street #354, Tampa 33606. Weisman handles personal injury and insurance coverage issues.

Nicole Blanton joined The Law Office of Glen J. Torcivia and Associates, P.A., in West Palm Beach as an associate. Blanton focuses on municipal and local government law and employment law representing employers.

William F. McFetridge joined GrayRobinson in Tampa as an associate. McFetridge focuses on general litigation issues.

Laura Westerman Tanner relocated to Burr & Forman’s Tampa office. Tanner is an associate in the firm’s financial services litigation practice. Tanner represents financial institution clients in consumer disputes.

Cynthia Barnett Hibnick, Shane P. Martin, Melissa Goldman, and Maria Vigilante joined Broad and Cassel in Miami. Hibnick joins as of counsel in the commercial litigation and health law practice groups. Martin joins as a senior associate in the real estate litigation practice group. Goldman joins as an associate in the commercial litigation and health law practice groups. Vigilante joins as an associate in the commercial litigation practice group.

Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz and Barbara Ferrer joined Holland & Knight in Miami as partners in the real estate practice group. De las Cuevas-Diaz represents institutional lenders and developers in the financing of complex real estate transactions and has extensive experience in all legal and financial aspects of real estate. Ferrer has a background working with national, regional, and community banks on large financing projects involving construction, real estate, and asset-based loans. Also joining the firm are Anna Marie Hernandez and Isabel Diaz as senior counsels and Rebecca Mendez as an associate.

Derek Rooney joined Fowler White Boggs in Ft. Myers. He practices in general municipal law, land use, real estate, and public-private partnerships.

Leland E. Garvin joined the Garvin Law Firm in Ft. Myers. Garvin focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accident, and medical malpractice litigation.

John Agnew and Kelly Spillman Jablonski were elected stockholders in Henderson Franklin Starnes & Holt in Ft. Myers. Agnew practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. Jablonski is a member of the firm’s tort and insurance practice.

Wesley Flagler, a senior attorney with the Florida Department of Children and Families’ Children’s Legal Services, was appointed to the Bunnell office in Flagler County for Circuit 7 in the Northeast Region.

Allison Smith-Dossou joined the Florida Department of Children and Families’ Children’s Legal Services in Daytona Beach as a senior attorney for Circuit 7 in the Northeast Region.

Tyler J. Caron joined Thompson & Brooks in Tampa. He focuses on commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, commercial collections, construction litigation, banking law, and foreclosures.

Allen M. Levine of Ft. Lauderdale has become chair of Becker & Poliakoff’s business litigation practice group. Michael R. Whitt and Mitchell W. Mandler, who are based in the Ft. Myers and Miami offices, respectively, were named vice chairs of the group.

Alan L. Goodman opened Alan L. Goodman, P.A, in Boca Raton. His firm will focus on all areas of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court

Adkins focuses on law firm administration, risk management, and professional responsibility. Ches focuses on complex commercial litigation. Schwing focuses in the areas of complex commercial litigation, product liability, class action defense, and construction-related disputes. Slavens practices in the area of land use and zoning law. Cho practices in the areas of complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. McDermott practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. Zimmerman concentrates in commercial litigation, specifically contract disputes, business torts, and protection of intellectual property.
