B oyles petitions for reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Kevan Kenneth Boyles of Palm Beach has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

order of the Supreme Court dated March 24, 2016, Boyles was suspended for a period of one year for requesting copies of traffic crash reports involving fatalities. If Boyles determined no wrongful death lawsuit had been filed and/or no estate opened, he would file a petition for administration seeking appointment as personal representative. Boyles would then file a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the decedent. Boyles did not contact the decedent’s representatives and did not have authority to act on behalf of the estates.

Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Boyles’ fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact Cheryl L. Soler, paralegal for The Florida Bar, at [email protected].
