Pinellas County needs a judge

The Sixth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a Pinellas County vacancy created by the death of Judge Patrick Caddell.

Applicants must have been a member of the Bar for the preceding five years, a resident of Pinellas County, and a registered voter.

Applications may be obtained from Marcus A. Castillo, JNC Chair, 19321-C, U.S. 19 North, Suite 401, Clearwater 33764,, 727-535-4544. Applications are also available from the Bar’s website.

The original completed application with attachments, one copy of the original with attachments that has the redactions required by Fla. R. Jud. Admin., a flashdrive with both original and redacted applications with attachments, and a recent photo must be delivered to Castillo no later than noon, June 25.
