The Brauwerman Law Firm has joined Shane and Shane in Ft. Lauderdale. The firm will practice as Shane, Shane and Brauwerman and will continue to concentrate exclusively in United States immigration and nationality law matters. Jeffrey Brauwerman, Michael Shane, and Evan Shane are all Florida Bar board certified in immigration and nationality law. The firm has its main office at 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 470, Ft. Lauderdale, and its satellite office is in Coral Gables.

Miguel De Grandy has joined Holland & Knight in Miami as a partner. De Grandy focuses on government affairs and administrative and regulatory, land use and zoning, environmental, bid protest, and litigation matters.

Ryan B. Selis has joined Broad and Cassel in Orlando as an associate in the Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Practice Group.

Becker & Poliakoff has relocated its Maitland office to 111 N. Orange Ave., in downtown Orlando.

Grasford W. Smith has joined Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs in West Palm Beach as senior counsel in the litigation department. Smith concentrates his practice on corporate and business law matters.

Jacqueline F. Howe has joined Katz, Barron, Squitero, Faust, Friedberg, English & Allen in Ft. Lauderdale as a partner. Howe focuses her practice on general and complex litigation, commercial litigation, franchise litigation, employment litigation, and real estate litigation.

Andrew Seiden, Wayne M. Alder, and Rachel S. Wasserstein have joined Becker & Poliakoff in West Palm Beach. Seiden focuses in the area of complex commercial litigation. Alder focuses on litigation matters and general representation of companies, individuals, and municipalities relating to professional liability cases.Wasserstein practices in the areas of professional malpractice, insurance defense, and commercial litigation.

Marcelo Llorente of Llorente and Heckler has become co-managing partner of LSN Partners, a full-service consulting firm based in Miami Beach.

Radha V. Bachman has joined Carlton Fields in Tampa as an associate. Bachman is board certified in health law.

Nneka B. Uzodinma has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in Ft. Lauderdale as an associate in the casualty department. Uzodinma focuses primarily on general PIP litigation and insurance coverage matters.

Suzanne J. DeCopain has joined Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway & Gibbons in Tampa as an associate. DeCopain concentrates in the areas of affordable and public housing.

Nathan J. Kutt has joined Hunton & Williams in Miami as counsel to its financial institutions section. Kutt focuses on bank regulatory matters, capital and acquisition strategies, operational issues, and controlling and passive private equity investments.

Regina Giacusa has joined Lalchandani Simon in Miami.

Luisette “Liz” Gierbolini has joined Kunkel Miller & Hament in Sarasota. Gierbolini focuses on labor and employment law.

Lorien L.M.M. Golaski has joined Cummings & Lockwood in Naples as an associate in the commercial group. Golaski represents corporations and financial institutions.

Brandon Hill has joined Wenzel Fenton Cabassa in the Tampa office and will assist with the continued development of the firm’s Orlando facility. Hill focuses on employment law.
