Gwynn petitions for reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Mary Alice Gwynn of Delray Beach has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Gwynn was suspended for 91 days pursuant to a February 16 order for misrepresentation and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.

Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Gwynn’s fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact Cheryl L. Soler, legal assistant for The Florida Bar, at csoler@flabar.org.
