Admiralty lawyers gather
THE ADMIRALTY LAW COMMITTEE’S annual update seminar was recently hosted by Shutts & Bowen in Miami. The program was the culmination of a year of work by committee members in rewriting the Maritime Law Practice Guide, 5th Edition, which will be published later this year. The panel provided an overview of the practice guide, touching on the most recent maritime caselaw, circuit conflicts, and other matters of interest to maritime attorneys. Pictured is Christopher F.
