Applicants being sought for Supreme Court’s Judicial Management Council

In February, the Florida Supreme Court recreated the Judicial Management Council of Florida, an advisory body designed to assist the Supreme Court in identifying trends, potential crisis situations, and the means to address them.

The JMC will become part of a loop that will assist the court with forward-looking vision to better fulfill its mission to protect rights and liberties, uphold and interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes.

Applications are now being accepted from members of The Florida Bar in good standing who are interested in JMC membership. If you wish to be considered for appointment to the council, visit for specific information about the council composition, as well as detailed background information, an application form, and instructions for completing the application.
