Durden petitions for Bar reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, William Lee Durden III has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

The Supreme Court suspended Durden for six months, effective February 24, 2012, for his conviction of petit theft by virtue of accepting payment from an indigent public defender client whom he represented.
