Magistrate Timothy seeks reappointment

U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth M. Timothy of Pensacola is seeking reappointment.

Comments from members of the Bar and the public are invited as to whether Judge Timothy should be recommended by the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for reappointment by the court and should be directed to Jessica J. Lyublanovits, Clerk of Court, U.S. Courthouse, 111 North Adams Street, Tallahassee 32301, no later than December 2.
