THE PLANT CITY BAR ASSOCIATION recently installed new officers, including, from the left, President Steve Sparkman, Treasurer Nancey Penner, Secretary Jack Wolff, and Immediate Past President Cliff Opp. Vice President Ken Buchman is not pictured. The Plant City Bar Association is a voluntary group dedicated to upholding the honor and dignity of the legal profession, promoting improvements in the law and its administration, encouraging discourse on legal and civic topics of general interest, and promoting a better understanding between the general public and the legal profession. Meetings are held at noon on the second Friday of each month, except August and December, at Carrabba’s in Plant City. Full membership in the association is open to active members of The Florida Bar living or practicing within the jurisdictional boundaries of the 13th Judicial Circuit’s East Division.
