The 11th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the circuit bench created by the resignation of Judge Norman S. Gerstein.

Applicants must have been members of The Florida Bar for the past five years, registered voters, and must reside within Dade County at the time of the appointment.

Application forms are available on The Florida Bar Web site at www.floridabar.org.

An original and nine copies of the completed application must be delivered to Mark A. Romance, JNC Chair, c/o Richman Greer, 201 S. Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 1000, Miami 33131 no later than 5 p.m. February 11. The inclusion of a photograph is encouraged. Do not submit three-ring binders.
