Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Melissa Dawn Underwood has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Underwood was suspended from the practice of law for six months effective February 20, 2010, for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 4-8.4 (g) (failure to respond) and Rule 4-1.4 (communication).
