Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed has combined with Mount Dora-based Potter Clement Bergholtz Alexander. The attorneys previously with Potter Clement Bergholtz Alexander will continue their practice with the Lowndes firm under the name of Potter Clement Lowndes, a full-service firm.
Kristina Garcia Szurkus has joined Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman in Winter Park. Szurkus focuses on civil and white collar criminal litigation, including substantive knowledge in false claims, civil rights, RICO, bankruptcy law, and appellate law.
Robert “Bob” Schumaker has joined GrayRobinson in Tampa in the real estate practice group. Schumaker focuses on structuring and drafting documentation for purchase and sale agreements, as well as asset-based lending transactions.
