Eighth Circuit has a judicial opening
The Eighth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications for fill a circuit vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Martha A. Lott.
Applicants must have been a member of the Bar for the preceding five years, registered to vote, and reside in the Eighth Circuit.
Application packages are available on the Bar’s website at www.floridabar.org.
An original and nine copies of the completed application must be received by Paul Donnelly, JNC Chair, Donnelly & Gross, 2421 NW 41st Street, Suite A-1, Gainesville 32606 no later than 5 p.m., April 4.
