Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Andrew Alexander Byer of Ft. Lauderdale has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Byer was suspended for a period of three years nunc pro tunc June 20, 2006, based on his plea of guilty to the federal charge of misprision of a felony. Byer petitioned for reinstatement from such suspension in or about November 2011. In June 2012, Byer entered into a consent judgment agreeing to an additional one-year suspension based upon a previously undisclosed misdemeanor conviction for battery. It is from these suspensions that Byer now petitions for reinstatement.
Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Byer’s fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact The Florida Bar’s Cheryl L. Soler at email@example.com.
