H. T. Smith of Florida International University College of Law served as the moderator for the Federal Court Black History Month Program sponsored by the Southern District of Florida. Smith also gave the keynote address on “The Black Lawyer and the City of Miami: A Story of Unequal Justice” at the City of Miami’s Black History Month Program.
