Proposed Rules of Juvenile Procedure

The Juvenile Court Rules Committee invites comment on proposed fast-track amendments to the Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure shown below. The proposed amendments will be filed with the court by November 1, 2006. The full text of the proposals can be found on The Florida Bar’s Web site at www.FloridaBar.org. Interested persons have until December 1, 2006, to submit comments to Mary Katherine Wimsett, Chair, 8517 SW 72nd Lane, Gainesville, FL 32608.
