MISSION STATEMENT:
    The Elder Law Section exists to cultivate and promote professionalism, expertise and knowledge in the practice of law regarding issues affecting the elderly and persons with special needs, and advocates on behalf of its members.

    The section provides a newsletter -- The Advocate -- published three times a year. Members are encouraged to submit articles to Stephanie Villavicencio at svillavicencio@zhlaw.net

    Exploitation and Abuse Committee; Estate & Financial Planning; Guardianship Committee; Government Benefits Committee; Health Care Committee; Ethics Committee; Legislative Committee; Death Care Industry Committee; Medicaid Committee; Mentor Program Committee; Newsletter Committee; The Special Needs Trust Committee; and the Veterans Benefits Committee.
