Help for homeowners
An online intake form is available for Floridians hoping to avoid foreclosure and to bypass a toll-free hot line of the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes program available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays at 1-866-607-2187. Because of the number of requests for help, there can be a wait time of up to 45 days for assistance. Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP): Our Client Assistance program is called the Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP). ACAP is the department that handles client complaints and even can resolve some problems before a complaint is filed. Call the ACAP Hotline - 866/352-0707.

Group and Prepaid Legal Services: Prepaid Legal Services plans work by making prior arrangements with lawyers to provide specified services to plan members at reduced fees.
Legal Aid/Pro Bono: Legal Aid agencies are the organizations that refer pro bono cases to attorneys around Florida.
