Florida Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases
The Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases has proposed a reorganized book of jury instructions for civil cases. Comments on the proposed reorganization should be submitted to Tracy Raffles Gunn, Committee Chair, Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A., 501 East Kennedy Blvd. Suite 1700, Tampa 33602. Comments may also be e-mailed to her at tgunn@gunnappeals.com or faxed to her at (813) 229-8313. Comments must be received by May 15 to ensure that they are considered by the committee. The book may be viewed online.
