A free CLE course for Florida Bar members on their responsibility to redact confidential information in court filings is available from the 24/7 Online CLE link on the Bar CLE page. The course is presented by The Florida Bar Law Office Management Assistance Service and sponsored by Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Co. and the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section.
