Workers' Compensation Rules Advisory Committee


The scope and function of the Workers' Compensation Rules Advisory Committee is to assist and advise the Division of Administrative Hearings and the Office of Judges of Compensation Claims by recommending, evaluating, and commenting on proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure for Workers’ Compensation Adjudications. The rules are promulgated by the Division of Administrative Hearings and the Office of Judges of Compensation Claims rather than by the Florida Supreme Court. The committee is not subject to the procedure for amending rules as set forth in Judicial Administration Rule 2.140.
