Unlicensed Practice of Law Circuit Committees

Complaints alleging that an individual is practicing law without a license are investigated by one of 31 local circuit committees composed of lawyers and nonlawyers. Applicants must reside or have their principal office in the committee circuit pursuant to Rule 10-4.1. Persons interested in serving on one of the UPL circuit committees should forward a resume to the nearest Florida Bar branch office. Final appointments are made by the Florida Supreme Court.
