Based on interviews with attorneys and judges, as well as several gender bias task force reports, this program presents vignettes portraying the dilemmas facing women attorneys as they try to advance in the workplace. Vignettes show various aspects of the hostility and harsh treatment which can occur in the courtroom and within law firms by co-workers, senior partners, and judges.
