This seminar will not only fulfil fours hours of ethics training for the Public Officers and Public Employees, but also provides eithics credit for the attorneys. The course will cover both public records and sunshine law; a guide to gifts; business and employment conflicts; and how to handle a voting conflict.



NOTE: Ethics Training for Public Officials and Employees. This seminar satisfies the four-hour training requirement imposed by Section 112.3142, Florida Statutes. CEO 13-24.
