This seminar will provide a practical and focused approach to dealing with evidentiary issues in a family law case. The discussion will include how to choose the most effective evidence, how to organize your evidence, how to present your evidence, and how to effectively object to your opponent’s evidence in a family law matter. This seminar will also include what evidence can be utilized in rehearings and new trials. Additionally, this seminar will cover the latest changes in the Daubert standard with expert opinions, and the shifting landscape of digital evidence.
