Brownfields are properties which are not being redeveloped because of real or perceived environmental issues. In this seminar, local government and real estate development practitioners will be provided an overview of the procedures and programs now available for redevelopment of such sites in Florida. Briefings will be provided by agency officials, experienced City and County personnel who have effectively used the process and attorneys and consultants experienced in representing private development interests. Special emphasis will be placed upon "real world" financial and other benefits available for both private and public interests.
