The afternoon starts by heading with your “Certified” Eco-Guides to the turn of the century fish camp, located on the banks of the “CENTRAL FLORIDA EVERGLADES.” Here, you enjoy refreshments and gator-tail samplings while being entertained with a live life wildlife show by The Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission. Following the show, the group will enjoy an exclusive Florida “Cracker-Style” buffet dinner and just before sunset, the group will board airboats for the Gator “Hunt.” This safe and educational dinner adventure takes you into the seldom-visited heart of natural Florida.
