The Civil Procedure Rules Committee, the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee, and the Appellate Court Rules Committee invite comments on the proposed rule amendments PDF document opens in new window anticipated to be included in the Committees’ joint out-of-cycle report regarding computation of time for documents served via e-mail.

Interested persons have until March 15, 2016, to submit any comments, electronically, to Hon.
