APPELLATE COURT RULES COMMITTEE THREE-YEAR CYCLE AMENDMENTS
The Appellate Court Rules Committee invites comment on proposed three-year cycle amendments to the Appellate Court Rules of Procedure. The proposed amendments will be filed with the court by February 1, 2011. Pursuant to Fla.R.Jud.Admin. 2.140(b)(2), interested persons have until August 1, 2010, to submit comments electronically to John G. Crabtree, Chair, Appellate Court Rules Committee, at jcrabtree@crabtreelaw.com, with a copy to the committee liaison, Krys Godwin, at kgodwin@flabar.org.
