The Rules of Judicial Administration Committee invites comment on proposed three-year cycle amendments to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration. The proposed amendments will be filed with the court by February 1, 2014. Pursuant to Fla.R.Jud.Admin. 2.140(b)(2), interested persons have until August 1, 2013, to submit comments electronically to The Honorable Jon Morgan, Chair, Rules of Judicial Administration Committee, ctjujm2@ocnjcc.org, with a copy to the committee liaison, Jodi Jennings, jjenning@flabar.org.
