MIAMI -- The Eleventh Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has been asked to provide Gov. Charlie Crist with nominees for the vacancy in the Miami-Dade County Court resulting from the elevation of County Judge Antonio Arzola to the Miami-Dade Circuit Court bench.
All persons interested in applying must deliver a complete application and 10 copies to:

The deadline for submitting an application is Wednesday, November 25, 2009, by 5 p.m. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Applications may be downloaded from The Florida Bar's Web site at www.floridabar.org. As determined by the JNC Rules Convention, applicants are to use the existing form of application and not the new form that will be posted after November 11, 2009. The inclusion of a photograph is encouraged. Please do not submit three-ring binders.
