19th CIRCUIT JNC ANNOUNCES COUNTY COURT JUDGESHIP VACANCY (MARTIN COUNTY)

The Nineteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission announces a vacancy in the 19th Circuit created by the retirement of Martin County Court Judge Stewart R. Hershey.
Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the preceding five (5) years, must be a registered voter, and must be a resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the Court at the time he or she assumes office. Applications can be downloaded from The Florida Bar's website.
One copy of the completed application must be delivered to each Commissioner by Thursday, June 14, 2012, at 12 p.m. In addition to the nine copies to be provided the individual commissioners, one additional redacted application must be provided to Mr. Bakkedahl for distribution upon public request.

Furthermore, the commission announces that interviews will be conducted beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Office of the State Attorney located at 100 E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Fla.
