M inkes petitions for reinstatementPursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Daniel Craig Minkes has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Minkes was suspended from the practice of law for 91 days, effective May 1, 2014, for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 3-7.2(e) (Failure to report criminal conviction); Rule 4-1.3 (Diligence); Rule 4-1.4 (Communication); and Rule 4-8.4(g) (Misconduct — failure to respond to Bar inquiry).
