Miami-Dade County needs a judge
The 11th Circuit JNC is now accepting applications to fill a county vacancy resulting from the resignation of Judge Gladys Perez.
Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the preceding five years, a registered voter, and a resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time he or she assumes office.
Applications may be downloaded from The Florida Bar’s website at www.floridabar.org and the Office of the Governor at www.flgov.com.
A completed application and 10 copies must be delivered to to Christine Hernandez-Baldwin, JNC Chair, c/o Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, 1350 NW 12th Avenue, Miami 33136 no later than 5 p.m., December 29. The inclusion of a photograph is encouraged. do not submit three-ring binders.
