JUDGE RICHARD NIELSEN of Tampa spoke on the implementation of new rules of judicial administration requiring electronic case filing and service of process by email at a Plant City Bar Association meeting in October. PCBA Secretary Jack Wolff introduced Judge Nielsen to 25 members and guests in attendance. Providing continuing legal education opportunities to its members is just one of the objectives of the PCBA, a voluntary group which seeks to uphold the honor and dignity of the legal profession, promote improvements in the law and its administration, encourage discourse on legal and civic topics of general interest, and promote a better understanding between the general public and the legal profession.
